In short, no.  Before the campaign is set up for your organization, SFC will work with you to determine the financial goal you have in mind.  Then selected products are added to your fundraising page with a markup that reflects your goals.

Absolutely not.  You nor your organization will ever receive a bill because designs and products are preselected with you during campaign set up.  Once your campaign ends and production is complete, SFC issues you a check for the proceeds of your sales less production costs. 

 Turnaround time typically ranges from 5-10 business days, depending on the order size and complexity. 

Yes, Rush orders will include a rush fee which are calculated based on goods available to complete the order.

For the fastest service, artwork should be submitted in a vector format in one of the following file types:  .pdf, .svg, .eps - this allows the image to be resized without losing any pixilation or causing it to blur.  The following raster formats will require an additional art charge of $35 to convert the file: .jpg, .png, .psd, .gif.

Line thickness should be a minimum of .12" for printed areas and minimum of .04 for non printed areas.

Yes, SFC also uses a Direct to Film transfer process to print colored designs.  Charges for DTF printing are charged at .12 per square inch plus the cost of the garment.

 We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. 

Absolutely not.  SFC is committed to secure payment processing and your financial information is not stored or visible at any time to SFC.  Even when paying by card, in person, the financial information is not stored and it is never shared.

At this time, SFC is not shipping internationally.  However, this option is coming in the future.

No.  All of the garments produced are handled in-house and are not purchased from a print-on-demand company.

Custom orders involve a significant amount of time, effort, and resources, both in terms of design and production and those orders are unique and personalized, making them challenging to resell to other customers. 

When a custom order is approved and the deposit received, SFC swiftly commits to initiating the order, setting aside valuable production time and resources.  The requirement of a non-refundable deposit encourages customers to place custom orders only when they are genuinely committed to that project.  This helps us allocate our resources efficiently.
